Youth Sports Performance Training

Youth Sports Performance Training will be available Monday - Friday from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.  All participates will receive one hour of training. Saturday classes are not included in the Sports Performance Training membership. Mask must be worn by parents waiting who choose to wait here and parents must keep a six feet distance between each other.

Participants must bring their own water bottles/gatorades.


Adult Fitness Health & Wellness:   Members are welcome to come in anytime between the hours of 5 PM - 8 PM for their personalized training session to help with fitness, health, and wellness goals. 

The training will consist of resistance, high/low impact cardiovascular exercises, plyometrics, and weight training. We will also help with diet, nutrition and supplemental strategies.

Participants must bring their own water bottles/gatorades and exercise mat needed.
